Constance Health ("Constance", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
If you contact us or book a call, we collect your name, work email, organisation and role, and anything you include in your message. When you book through Cal.com, they collect the details you enter under their own privacy policy.
What we don't collect
This website doesn't ask for health information. Please don't send us patient or health information through it.
How we use it
To reply to you, arrange and hold meetings, and keep a record of our conversations with organisations.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run our website and tools: Netlify (hosting and contact forms), Cal.com (scheduling) and Microsoft 365 (email). Some store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We don't sell personal information.
Cookies and analytics
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for your enquiry and any ongoing relationship. Then we delete it.
Access and correction
Email us at admin@constancehealth.au to ask for a copy of your information or to correct it.
Complaints
Email us first at admin@constancehealth.au. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
We'll update this page, and its date, when our practices change.
